A CIS - SRT Theatre Collaboration

Tuesday, February 13,  6:00 pm



In an effort to SAVE OUR SHAKESPEARE at Fort Canning Park, CIS students are involved in raising funds for the same. They will be staging The Tempest, and all proceeds from the sale of tickets will go towards bringing Shakespeare in the Park back in Singapore.

The Tempest by William Shakespeare will be staged at SRT (Singapore Repertory Theatre) on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 6: 00 pm, by none other than 39 CIS students from grades 4 to 6.

A show not to be missed, Prospero is ready with his magic to create the storm and Cannibal will have you gripping your seats. Remember, we are talking about 10 and 11 year olds students who have the courage to not only unfold the play in its original form but to bravely take on the stage. The nymphs with their dances and forest spirits with their voices, and Miranda and Ferdinand in love are sure to enthral your Tuesday
evening.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank SRT for having generously offered their theatre and given our students a wonderful opportunity to stage The TEMPEST.

    Thanks for the post. I think, braces are nowadays very fashionable and anyone can use them. But some of us think about how much do braces cost . In this aspect, DentalSave has made it all very reasonable.
